Seven Hells, Ned, NO! Paperless office, people! We know you’ve paid, our guides know you’ve paid, so no need for any pesky paperwork to clog up our filing cabinet and reducing the rainforest. We now live in the magical 21st Century of flying cars, freedom of all peoples and no wars. Actually, they are all patently false but….paperless office, people!

All of our tours are Private Tours only. The whole bus will be dedicated to just you and your besties; no one else on the tour.

Please contact us to get a quote in case you have less than our usual minimum of 8 people.

Wear whatever is comfortable and makes you feel good.

On the action tours, wear comfortable clothing and a sturdy pair of shoes, boots, or sneakers. High heels and thongs are a no-no.

Keep it classy. Ladies, please no phallic necklaces/jewellery/straws or tacky paraphernalia. The wineries we visit enjoy having our clients there but if a bus load of girls pile out looking like Kings Cross ladies of the night, the doors will shut pronto!

Keep it classy. Boys, no dresses, tacky paraphernalia or anything that you wouldn’t want your Mum seeing you in. We have a great relationship with the Breweries and, unless you’re all Scottish, they will turn us away if they see a group of lads all wearing skirts.

Money. And bucket loads of it! Actually, most of our tours are all-inclusive but obviously some people may want to indulge more than others so do come prepared.

Driver’s licence or some form of ID if you look younger than 25. RSA rules apply at all licenced venues.

We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and the tour. If you’re doing an action-packed tour like quad biking or horse riding, a change of clothes and some deodorant will certainly help with attracting members of the opposite, or same, sex post-tour.

Sense of humour is recommended.

And a sense of decorum is an absolute MUST! We want you to have a fantastic time on our tours but we ask that you please be respectful of all staff and other patrons at the venues we visit. If you’re at a winery, please listen to the wine staff as you may actually learn something. Same thing with being at a Brewery.

We have an excellent relationship with our licenced venues and one disrespectful customer of ours can ruin that and have us unable to run any further tours to that venue (Sorry, Wayward Brewing Co, Sydney!).  Besides, you may also get red carded and your tour may have to finish prematurely. This will impress your traveling buds no end…

Because of Roads and Maritime Services Regulations, it is against the law to consume any food or drink on a Public Passenger Vehicle in NSW or QLD. There will be plenty of time to stop off along the highway for a tea or coffee break. Once at your destination, you will also be showered with lashings of food and beverages.

If you wish to bring something along on the bus for your friends, by all means do so. Once you are off the bus, you are more than welcome to get stuck into your goodies then.

DON’T PANIC. We have this:

If you are pregnant, of course you can still come on any of our tours. If you have any dietary/medical issues, please let us know 2 weeks before the tour and we can arrange your day to run smoothly

Hey Vegan friends. We love you and all that you stand for! Tell us what you need dietary-wise and we will make it so. Most of the restaurants we go to will have a special menu for you so let us know what you need and we will make it happen.

If you’re from Ursula Minor, Usbfjfhakaik hhhahdjd jajhdhd jihs jjejej eruyfifk ook e!!!!!! Let’s do lunch! On Wednesday – Ha!

If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will do our best to cater for you.

If you cancel the tour 7 days or less out, there is a 20% fee. 96 hours or less out, 50% fee. 24 hours out, 100% fee for no show or cancellation.

There are no refunds or discounts for bad weather.

There are no refunds for unused or partially used portions of a booked itinerary due to flight delays, schedule changes or any other reason.

You betcha! We do hike in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that Mother Nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! Awesome ones, too!

If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. Your guide on the day will make the call as to how the day will proceed so we may need to change the itinerary around, if it is absolutely necessary.
